Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name, place, or other term into a partner search box, that request passes to the third-party company that operates the tool. McNairy County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy policy and terms govern its handling of the query and any later account activity.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order.
